What happens after I've placed an order?
Due to high volume of orders THAT WE RECEIVE DAILY, PROCESSING TIME IS 3 WEEKS (NO EXCEPTIONS) All items are made to order and will be shipped after processing time has Concluded. However, if the item description states (PRE-ORDER) please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be shipped. In addition, this EXCLUDES weekends and holidays.
DUE TO ALL OF OUR ITEMS BEING CUSTOM MADE. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED.

Once orders are shipped the item will be marked as shipped and you will receive an shipping confirmation via email.
What is the store return policy?
Because our pieces are made to order, there will be no refunds or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and receive store credit. Please read the item description carefully to determine your correct sizing for each item.
How will this item fit?
To the size you normally wear in numbers.
For example XS fits 0, Small 2-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12, XL 14-16
We use top quality 4-way stretch fabric.
